The Usage report is where you see, in numbers, how you use Addness and how it is used across your organization. The numbers are updated every morning at 6:00 and cover everything through yesterday.
Opening it
Section titled “Opening it”- Desktop: In the sidebar, open “More” → “Other features” → “Know yourself” → “Usage report”. If you pin it, you can open it straight from the sidebar
- Mobile: From “More” in the navigation at the bottom of the screen, open “Other features,” then press “Usage report” under “Know yourself.” The Usage report is not in the menu at the top left (≡)
- Switching screens: In the column on the left (a row across the top on mobile), switch between “Me” and the admin-only “Overview,” “Members,” “Teams,” “Features,” and “AI.”
In a newly created organization, this feature may have a lock on it. It opens when you finish the challenge “Get to know the Usage report” or press “Skip and use it (no points).” You can start the challenge once the report has numbers (from the morning after you start using Addness) (→ Challenges and feature locks). Even while it is locked, you can still see the “Level path” at the top of “Me” (→ Proficiency level and points).
Who can see it
Section titled “Who can see it”- “Me”: Everyone except guests can see it, whatever the organization’s plan. In a guest account, you’ll see “Usage reports are not available to guest accounts”
- The whole organization (“Overview,” “Members,” “Teams,” “Features,” “AI”): Only organization admins can see it. If someone who isn’t an admin opens it, they see “The organization report is for administrators.” From there they can go on to “See my usage report.”
- Plan: For the whole-organization screens, the Focus plan shows only “Overview,” and the Unlimited plan shows all of them. They are not available on Starter or Pro (→ Plans and billing)
“Me” doesn’t show other people’s names or individual numbers. Your numbers are compared with the person in the middle of your organization and with the benchmark that Addness has set.
Seeing how you use Addness
Section titled “Seeing how you use Addness”“Me” gathers how you use Addness by period. From the top, these items appear in order.
- Proficiency level and next challenge: The proficiency level card is at the top. “See the level road” opens the level path, and the tabs “This week” and “Total so far” show the points breakdown. “Next challenge” below it shows the next challenge you can take on (→ Proficiency level and points)
- This week at a glance: Shows the days you used Addness this week, the days you used it in the last 4 weeks, your current stage, and how many of the “ways of use” you’ve been using
- Ways you use Addness (last 4 weeks): Shows the days you used it (out of 28) and which of the 4 stages you’re at now. You can also see how stages are decided here
- This week’s results: Shows the number of goals you completed yourself and the number of goals completed through AI. It also shows how many times AI operated Addness on your behalf
- How are you using Addness? Shows which of the 6 ways of use you used in the last 4 weeks. The share of people in the same organization who use each one is shown alongside
- Where do I stand in my organization? Compares the number of days you used Addness with the person in the middle of your organization. Your rank in the organization is also shown
- Are you delegating to AI? Shows how many times Claude Code and Codex read and wrote in Addness. How to connect them is in MCP integration
- How can I use Addness better? Suggests up to 3 next moves, based on things like the ways of use you haven’t tried yet. Press a button to open that feature’s screen or an instruction for AI. The instruction is not sent right away
Until you’ve used Addness on 16 or more days in the last 4 weeks, the comparisons within your organization (rank and the person in the middle) aren’t shown. Until then, only your own numbers appear. On the day you start, you’ll see “Starting tomorrow morning” in place of numbers.

Members
Section titled “Members”Shows a table of everyone’s rank and stage. Rank is decided by the number of days used in 4 weeks. When the days are the same, the person with more operations (including AI) ranks higher. People who have been invited don’t appear in the ranking until they join. Press a row to open a detail card for that person.
Shows the numbers for each team, grouped by the tags given to members. Tags are created with “Manage tags” on the Members list (→ Members list). A person with two or more tags is counted in each of those teams.
Features
Section titled “Features”Divides 25 features into the 6 ways of use and shows how many people use each one. A feature nobody used in the last 4 weeks is marked “Unused,” and a feature used by 5 people or fewer is marked “Only ◯ people.” Press a row to open a detail card for that feature.
Shows how many times Claude Code and Codex operated Addness, and who is operating them. People who use Addness but haven’t yet had AI operate it are listed too. “AI usage (current grant)” shows the same figure as AI usage in Settings (→ Checking AI usage).
Periods and comparisons
Section titled “Periods and comparisons”- Period: “4 weeks,” “12 weeks,” and “26 weeks” change the range of the trends. On the admin screens, the range for completed goals and AI counts changes as well. Even if you change the period, the number of regular users, stages, and ranks are always counted over the most recent 4 weeks
- Comparison with last week: This week’s numbers are compared with last week’s numbers up to the same day of the week. If some days haven’t been tallied yet, no comparison is shown
- Comparison with similar organizations: Compared with the median value of organizations that have 5 or more members and a full 4 weeks of numbers. It isn’t shown until your own organization has 5 or more members and 4 weeks of numbers have built up. It also isn’t shown in weeks when fewer than 20 organizations can be compared. Numbers for individual organizations are never shown
- Target level: A benchmark set by Addness, not the actual results of other organizations
Reading the numbers
Section titled “Reading the numbers”- Days used: A day when you operated Addness yourself, on screen or through AI, counts as 1 day. Days when it ran automatically every morning with your own API key also count
- Regular users: People who used Addness on 16 or more days in 4 weeks (28 days)
- Stages: Divided into 4 by the days used in 4 weeks. 0 days is “Not using it yet,” 1–15 days is “Trying it,” and 16 or more days is “Using regularly.” People who used it on 16 or more days and got others moving through comments, invitations, or templates are “Involving others”
