FAQs and solving common problems
In "Outbound access" under Organization settings, admins can switch whether members can create public links and whether they can connect their own AI. You can also see the list of public links, file deliveries, and connected AI there, and stop a link with "Close" or an AI connection with "Revoke."
From "Manage versions" in the "…" menu of an uploaded file, you can see its version history, download a version, or use "Restore this version." People who can edit can use "Upload new version" to replace just the content while keeping the name and sharing.
The Addness it button on a goal row now offers "Ask" in addition to "Work on it" and "Brainstorm." The AI reads the goal and only answers your question; it does not change the goal. ChatGPT is also listed as a destination.
